New Goal Weight

I just updated my stats on my sidebar with last week's weigh-in.  I also updated my goal weight.  I changed it from 170 lbs. to 199 lbs.  Why?  Because I was sick of staring at 170 and it feeling so far away...and, just because I can.  :)

  1. Wow, smart move! Esp. with the holidays and all. As we approach the goal number, we can always re-evaluate and change it up. Because, as you so wisely noted, we can!

  8. For me, I find it best to set mini goals like 5 pounds. Then I'm happy when I reach goal and can set a new 5 pound goal. Makes the weight loss monster seem more bite sized.

  9. Doesn't matter what the goal is. Stop eating what you shouldn't and eat what you should. Plain and simple. Plan everything. Plan everyday and don't stray. You so won't be sorry!
