I weighed in at 239.0 this morning for a gain of 5 lbs. this week.  And that's all I have to say about that.  Be back later this weekend with something more positive to say!  :)


  1. It happens to ALL of us (well, I know it happens to me)...time to pull up those measurments and pat yourself on the back!! That d@^! scale can really mess with our minds at times!

  2. Hey! I gained 5 this week too. &*##$%#! But if got me right into gear, let me tell you. And at least those batwings and other parts are getting smaller! You'll get back on track, Tammy. Hang in there friend!

  3. You report it though. Good or bad...that is awesome!! You encourage more people than you realize.

  5. You're doing something right to have lost 1.5 inches off your bat wings. I, unfortunately, know exactly what those are.

    Keep working; your awesome leg muscles seem like they could do some serious calories-burning for you!

  6. Way to keep honest, girl. Look at the inches you have lost of late though... there's always a positive!
