Happy Friday Everyone!
My weigh-in this morning is 235.2 so I've managed to basically maintain this week! On the harder weeks, that's just as important as losing to me, so I'm cool with it. Shane's dad has shown some improvement in the last couple of days so we're thankful for that. I'm getting ready to head out the door to the gym for the first time in a week....I can't wait! I miss it so much. My mind really gets into a serious funk w/o the constant exercise. I've always said that the exercise does more for me mentally than physically and it's true. I can really tell a difference being away from it this week. I've neglected my house for the last several days so I've got a busy day ahead of me. Hope everyone has a super weekend....spring is coming! :)

I just returned from a 6 a.m. workout and I couldn't agree with you more: exercise makes this endevor so much easier.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend, T.
Once again Tammy, I can relate! I'll be doing some cleaning here too! I can always tell where I'm at emotionally by taking a look at my surroundings. Even my plants suffer. Thanks for your nice comment on my new blog :)
ReplyDeleteGlad the week is ending on a good note!
ReplyDeleteHave fun at the gym!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
There is something on my blog for you xxx
ReplyDeleteOh good for u! I am trying to get to the point that I miss working out if I miss...it will come with time I suppose.
ReplyDeleteI totally relate to maintaining being as good as losing...
ReplyDeleteThe gym is my daily prozac...when I don't workout I feel like crapola!!
Yeah I've noticed that I don't feel as well when I skip the exercise for a few days. Also have noticed it's a lot easier to do the exercise now than when I started. And definitely I consdier maintiang as good as losing, as long as an a pound or two falls off here and there.
ReplyDeleteExercise is such a fantastic mood booster. And you feel accomplished, too.
ReplyDeleteMaintaining is a whole lot better than gaining. I try to look at it as my body trying to catch up with my changes in diet and exercise. Speaking of exercise, I have oh so much trouble motivating myself to do it, but I feel so much better when I regularly exercise.
