No Surprises Here

I weighed 230.6 for a 3 lb gain this week.  I already explained about the happy-go-lucky restaurant eating with friends and family all week long, so no surprise.  Back on track though and feeling good.  Had a good eating day today and planning on 6 more good days before my next weigh-in.  I should at least be able to get these 3 lbs off by next weigh-in.  Hope everyone has a great weekend.  It's supposed to rain here all day tomorrow, so I'm thinking about going to see that movie "Book of Eli" that just came out today.  Who doesn't love Denzel Washington?  :)  Meeting Billie at the gym at 9am tomorrow for a great workout and some serious attention paid to these hideous arms of mine.  Plan on being back with another post by Sunday night.  :)

  1. Sounds like a great plan Tammy - don't forget to drink lots of water, that's all I've been hearing all week from doctors, family, and blogger friends, LOL!

    Over the holidays, my weight went from 192 to as high as 203, so you know I get it! I have no doubt you'll knock off those extra 3 in a couple of days. As Matt said, drink gobs of water and that'll help flush it out, and on down the scale you'll go. I hope you have a great workout and a great weekend. I think we're going to do a movie too.

  5. That extra weight is so stubborn. I am dealing with some sort of plateau....all I do is hover around 234 lbs, give or take a pound. I am uping my time on the ellipitical, to see if that will help. I hate to have to count, meaasure and weigh every morsel that goes in my mouth. Sounds like you are right on track, you go girl!   7. i love that you're so in tune with yourself and you're habits. It's a wonderful thing, because you understand the ups and downs...and you're being extrememly honest with yourself---and that is why you'll be so successful. You don't bs yourself. You call it like it is. And then you go to the gym and work ur ass off. That's solid my friend.

  9. Restaurant eating always does me in too. You're still right on track and have a plan with a positive attitude. You'll lose those 3 pounds in no time!
