Moving In The Right Direction

A huge thank you to Pam for guest posting last night. If you haven't had a chance to read it yet, make sure to scroll down and do so. VERY informative information that I had no idea about, so thank you Pam for opening my eyes and sharing with the rest of us!

I weighed in at 222.4 this morning, for a loss of 3.6 lbs. This is what I did this week to achieve that loss:

Calories:
Fri - 2000
Sat - 1700
Sun - 1700
Mon - 1700
Tues - 1700
Wed - 1800
Thur - 1140 (bad day)

I exercised 5 days this week, from Sat-Wed, that included the treadmill for cardio and 3 reps on each weight machine, each of those 5 days. Our workouts take about an hour and a half to complete.

I realized this morning that I'm only .4 of a lb. from the 50 lbs lost mark, and only 23 lbs away from Onederland. That's good news! Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!! :)

    I've had a bad day today as well...still got hubby's birthday dinner - but hey, we allowed to have a bad day every so often...just not toooooooo often...

  11. Way to go Tammy! 50 is a big number!!! I love seeing your weekly cals/workout program. I'm starting to get mine fine tuned too.

    Pam had a great post about popcorn! We always smuggle ours in. Did you know that you can take regular popcorn that you get by the bag at the grocery store, pour 1/4 cup into a small brown bag (like we used to use for lunches growing up), roll the top down 3 times and microwave it on high for 3 minutes...it pops beautifuly with no added preservatives and junk. I spray mine after it's popped with Pam and sprinkle a little sea salt on it. Yumm :)
