Well it looks like I had a good sodium drop since Sunday. I've lost 4.2 lbs!! You don't have to take a pic of your scale reading today....I just did it because I was so excited!!! I hope everyone else is off to a great start for the challenge...leave me a comment or send me an email letting me know how you did this week. Can't wait to hear from you! :)

My weigh-in for the morning is 387. Previous weight was 388.6 so I lost 1.6 lbs! :)

I'm down 1.6 from August 1st. I came in this morning at 236 even. If I can just stop snacking and avoid restaurants, things will be good! Thanks again for this challenge!!
ReplyDeleteWell, I looked at my scale which hold my previous weigh ins, and I actually started at 311.8, not 309.8 - I don't know what I saw, still haven't gotten the pic downloaded (dead batteries), so I am sorry about that! Anyway, today I was 310.4, so I have a loss of 1.4 pounds this week, and I'll do my post about it tomorrow. Great job on the drop!

I was 209.5 this morning. Anit-progress with a .5 gain. 2 dinners out in a row that included dessert. What do I expect? I'll catch up next week. Congrats to all the losers, including you, Tammy!
ReplyDeleteI am another loser...although not as great as you or Tina (Congrats to both of you!!!)...but I will take any loss...I am down from 230.0, weighing in at 226.5...for a loss of 3.5 lbs. this week...hope to continue on this trend. Thanks again for my motivation!!! :)
ReplyDeleteI will be weighing in on Saturdays for this challenge. Yesterday was my birthday and I did not do well with the eating, so I had a little gain this morning. Hope to have it gone by tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteExcellent loss Tammy! Must feel good getting rid of all that sodium. I'm sure all the water helps with flushing it out. I'm working on my weigh in post now and should have it up any minute. Have a great weekend!
