My Scale Pic...Finally


My internet's back up and I finally took the time to download my scale pic from last Sunday.  Have all of YOU posted your scale pics yet??  It's not too late to join the challenge if you want, but the 2 requirements are this:

1.  Take a pic of your starting weight, and take one more pic on Aug, 31st, the last day of the challenge, in order to be eligible for the $50 gift certificate.

2.  Make sure you leave a comment on my Friday posts letting me know what your loss is for the week.  You do not have to take a pic every Friday during the month, but you DO have to report your weight....either by way of leaving me a comment on Friday's post, or by sending me an email.

I'm going to be honest....I'm not doing as well as I should.  I'm doing a LOT better than I was before I started the challenge....eating all healthy, low calorie and low sodium foods.  However, I'm afraid I'm still eating too much volume, and I think it's directly tied to stress.  I just suck in this area, and I'm really trying to get the stress eating/snacking under control.  I'm still looking forward to this Friday's weigh-in though.  Even if I only drop 1/2 a lb, I'm going to consider that a success because at least it will mean I'm headed in the right direction again.

  2. You have to show me how to handle going back to work and still keeping fitness goals. I never figured out how to manage the stress and take care of myself. I only started losing after I got laid off. How do you fit in the gym after 40+ stressful hours at the office? We have to find the formula because this journey is too important.

    I took my picture for the challenge and will post it tomorrow. I'm excited about this challenge because I'm going to break through to onederland by the end of the month *fingers crossed*. I think it's been over 6+ years since I've been there and even then it was only for 5 minutes.

  3. I sent you the photo is that okay?? I didn't know you wanted it posted on our blog. I took the photo on August 1st. It was 237.6. Let me know if you didn't get it, I still have it. I am super pumped for how August started and I SO want it to keep going!!! I post my weekly weigh in numbers on Wednesdays on my blog but don't usually post pictures. In fact, I'm just about to post now. I'll comment on Fridays post with the update just to keep it organized for you! Thanks!

  5. My silly computer won't let me upload pics this week. Apparently it hates me, lol. It was 222.4 when I took the pic the other day. If I can't get it uploaded today, I'll just take a new one on Friday and send that to you. Good luck to everyone!!
