Salad w/ grilled chicken and light blue cheese dressing - 350 cals.
Sweet potato - 103 cals.
Apple - 80 cals.
Dwayne took the day off and I knew he'd be at home waiting on dinner. I picked up a rotisserie chicken and made him some noodles when I got home. I just had some of the chicken...nothing else. I came in right at 1200 cals. today. I've had 154 oz. of water...(4) 5 oz. c. of coffee and 2 mugs of hot tea. Another good day in the books. 'Nite friends. :)
How was that turkey sausage bowl? I saw it when I was picking up the Dlites sandwiches & decided against getting it this time. I did get a lot of shrimp (on sale) b.c. of all the shrimp salads I keep seeing in your pics....
ReplyDeleteALso, I got some of those Arnolds sandwich thins...did you know that they have one similar to a hot dog bun too & it's called a Fill 'Em? Same brand, also called Sandwich Thin

ReplyDeleteAn FYI for you and your peeps.. 99% of all the shrimp in the world is frozen at sea. The bag of frozen shrimp at Wal-Mart is the same shrimp that they have at The Waldorf Astoria. Buy cheap, frozen, defrost what you need under running water in the sink quickly, and eat like a Queen. I do and I am a food snob !!!
