Hi everyone! This is going to be a quick post because I am beyond miserable. What I thought was pollen affecting my allergies yesterday has turned into a full-blown head cold. I'm clogged, I can't breathe...just miserable. I'm going to do this post real quick before I head to the gym to meet Billie for some cardio. I don't feel like going....I really don't. But I made a commitment to myself and as long as I'm on the right side of the dirt, I'm going to give it my best shot. I'm trying to choke down my 2nd 32 oz glass of water right now. When I get back from the gym around 8pm, I'm going to drink one more 32 oz glass, overdose on Nyquil, and head straight to bed. I missed my water goal today of 4 glasses....but (3) 32 oz glasses is still 12 cups of water, so I'm doing okay.
Breakfast was at 8am...I had 1 egg cooked in Pam olive oil cooking spray on a whole wheat sandwich thin with 1 Tbsp of lite mayo and 1 slice of 2% cheese.

My sister Amy and I went grocery shopping, were still in the store around 12pm and I was so hungry. I caved and ordered 2 fried chicken tenders from the deli. I'm guessing they weighed about 1 oz each, which is around 30 cals just for the chicken, but since they were breaded and fried, I'm calling them 100 cals each.

Amy and I came home and I made some shrimp wraps for us to eat around 1pm. I sauteed some shrimp in garlic powder, cumin & chili powder w/ a little onion & bell pepper. We used the 90 calories sun-dried tomato Flatout wraps and filled them with 8 oz shrimp (6 oz after cooked), lettuce, 2 Tbsp of reduced fat sour cream, 1 Tbsp of black olives, some diced tomatoes and 1/8 c. of 2% shredded cheddar cheese.

At 4:45pm I whipped up some tuna salad, using 1 can solid white albacore tuna, 1 boiled egg, a little diced onion & dill pickle and 2 Tbsp of lite mayo. I ate it with 16 Wheat Thin reduced fat crackers.

At 5:15pm I finished out my calories for the day with a Chobani peach yogurt.

I'm done eating for the day....fixing to throw on my gym clothes and head out the door. Please DON'T FORGET to pop in here tomorrow morning on my weigh-in post and let me know your weigh-in so I can put it on the list and keep everything on an even keel with the challenge.
Total Calories: 1507
Water Intake: (3) 32 oz. glasses
Exercise: 1 hr. of cardio at the gym
Hope everyone has had a fantastic 1st week...I know I have! See you in the morning! :)
