Beach Challenge Week Three Weigh-In
I weigh 226.6 this morning for a loss of 2 lbs this week! The goal I set for myself on this challenge is to get to 225 lbs. I've got 1.6 more lbs to go to meet my goal! Only ONE WEEK left in the challenge and your last chance at winning a souvenir. I know you can do it...I'm rooting for every single one of you!!!
I won't be posting pics of my food tonight and Saturday night....I will be with Dwayne and he'll be watching me like a hawk due to my injured arm....so I can't let him see me taking pics of my food or typing out posts. I'll be back Sunday night to post that day's food pics. Have a super fantastic weekend everyone!!! :)

AWESOME!!!!!!!!! You're amazing. And you're helping me be amazing because I was 199.8 this morning for a loss of 2.6 pounds. I know the TamCam is helping. A lot! I'm so grateful to you, dear friend who I haven't met yet but hopefully will soon! You are an inspiration at weight loss and at being a great person.
ReplyDeleteWell unfortunately I a brownie craving and ate half the brownies I baked. I gained I'm back up to 210.5 lbs. :(

Congrats on the 2 lb. loss. I don't have any chance of winning that tacky souvenir since I've stayed the same for the past two weeks but I've been hitting the weights so I'm not going to stress over it.

ReplyDeleteWhat you need is a spy camera.... yeah.. yeah, that's it! A spy camera! And then you can say, "LOOK! OVER HERE!," and quickly snap the picture.

I had a good food and exercise week, but no scale love this time around. My scale is such a hater. Oh well. 230.4.
Doesn't look so good for me, does it? Ha!
Hello...I'm down to 192.6. Woohoo!!! This next week I'm getting rid of 2.7 lbs because that's a big milestone for me. :) I probably wont reach the 10 pound loss for this challenge but that's ok. I'm on my way!

ReplyDeleteI stayed the same:o( Don't know why because I have been eating very healthy salads. Going to have a serious check on my eating, wondering if I am not eating enough since I stopped counting calories. I know I am not over eating...

ReplyDeleteI'm at 201.8 today, a loss of 6.4 pounds this week. It has been a rough week fill wise though. I think this is 9.something pounds for the challege, so I just might make it! Whoohooo.
Glad to hear about your loss as well!
Good job again! But now that you've proven that you can get significant losses even during your cycle weeks, I'm not putting up with that excuse anymore. ;)

ReplyDeleteThanks for letting me give you my weight today... I am 165.2. That means I will need a whooping 3.6 lbs drop by the next weigh in. Hmmm... I'm not feeling overly confident, but I am NOT giving up! (I think monthly hormones may be playing with me a little right now too, so hopefully that reflects postively on the scale next week if I stay on track.)
Ha ha ha! Oops! Sorry, Tammy; didn't mean to scare you! Yeah, I meant 145.2... that little shock had to have been good for a few extra calorie burn right?!
