Happy Friday everyone!! Nearly everybody reported their weigh-in on my post this morning and we're off to a FANTASTIC start! I think we're up to 30 or so participants in this challenge and it looks like Dwayne might be buying 30 tacky souvenirs!! lmao......seriously, it would thrill me to death if every single one of you won the challenge......you're definitely off to a good start!
I'm sick as a DAWG today. It started yesterday, and today I feel even worse. It feels like a bad head cold....Dwayne swears it's the pollen. He said a high pollen count is 300, and ours here in Atlanta has been around 5700. Insanity.
I had to go out for a few hours today and run errands and pay some bills. Then I came back home and crawled back in bed. I got up intermittently to publish comments for the weigh-in. I'm going to go ahead and post pics of my food and then crawl back in bed til Dwayne gets here with dinner. He's bringing me a 6" turkey sandwich from Subway (and some medicine), and I doubt I'll be getting back out of bed to take a pic of that. You all know what Subway looks like, lol. It's been a crappy eating day....as in, I'm not even going to hit 1500 cals. Quite frankly, I don't give a crap, lol. Eating under your calorie limit has GOT to be better than bingeing, right? Right.
Breakfast at 7:30am was an egg white scramble with 3 egg whites, 5 oz of chicken breast, less than 1/8 c. of feta cheese, a few bell peppers, onions, mushrooms & black olives.
Lunch was at 11:30am while I was running errands. Larry's 8" Animal (turkey and ham) w/ lettuce, tomato, onions, 2 slices provolone cheese, lite mayo & spicy mustard on wheat bread.
Snack at 2pm was lemon torte parfait.
Snack at 4:30pm was a banana.
Total Calories so far: 1069
Dinner will be between 300-350, so less than 1500 today. I'm sick. I don't care, lol.
Water Intake so far: (2) 32 oz. glasses...working on the last 2 before bed.
Exercise: Rest day
Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend and a strong start to their 2nd week of the challenge!! I'm hoping I'll be feeling a bit better by tomorrow and can get some veggies cooked up and some meals planned for this week. Planning and preparation are KEY to an awesome week! :)
