Beach Challenge Week One Weigh-In
Last Friday I weighed 241.0. This morning I weighed in at 233.0 for a loss of 8 lbs. I've only got 8 lbs left to lose in the next 3 weeks....I know I can do it!!! Can't wait to hear about all of your weigh-in's today!!! If you're having a slow start....don't worry about it!! Just make THIS the week you kick it into high gear!!! Have a great weekend!! :)

ReplyDeleteYour eyes are fine! Last week I was on my period so I am sure that my weight was a little on the higher side but.... I have been so good. I am really proud of myself!

That completely rocks my friend! My next weigh day is Wednesday the 14th. That's the weight I will report next Friday. I hope you don't mind---I'm pretty stubborn with my weigh in philosophy...I will make an exception on the final weigh-in. This is what I did during last summers challenge on Ang's blog.

ReplyDeleteI weighed in at 206.2 this morning, for a loss of 3.6 pounds. I am freakin excited to say the least!And I'm looking forward to next Friday already.:-)
Also Tammy, I agree that it WOULD be awesome if we were ever to get the chance to meet in person! I don't travel much due to my short little chaperones, but if I ever head down your way you will be the first to know. And if you ever make it up to Vermont I'll be here for you!

ReplyDeleteI weighed in at 189 this morning for a loss of 3 lbs. so far! I will lose 10,I will lose 10, I will lose 10....
Everyone thats reported thus far is doing great!
ReplyDeleteLast weeks weighin was 219.6 and this morning I weighed at 216.9 so 2.7 down so far. I have another weigh in tommorrow morning at weight watchers meeting, but I won't weigh in again after that til next Friday probably.

But all of you are inspiring me to do better!
Doesn't that make only 2 more pounds to go? If you lost 8 this week, 2 more makes 10?

ReplyDeleteWow. Congrats on pulling an eight. I was 250.2 last week...I think. I weighted 249.2 this morning. =( Not sure what my body's doing. It clearly doesn't understand the mechanics of a challenge. Great job everyone.

Well its not quite as awesome as your weight loss this week but I weighed in at 208 this morning for a loss of 4.5 lbs.
ReplyDeleteSince I'm sick(same crap you got and I'm miserable) and yesterday was a pretty high carb day even though I only ate 2 meals and 2 snacks. I consider that a pretty good loss.
sorry can't count- sick brain. loss of 3.5 lbs not 4.5 lbs. OOPS!

Eight pounds! That's amazing! I want the same thing your having! I clocked in at 220.6 this am. That's 2.2 pounds down - from 222.8 last Friday. AND am at my official 40 pounds gone mark! Whoot! Everyone is doing GREAT!!

ReplyDeleteMy weigh in had me at 180. 1 pound down since weighing myself last Thursday, but nothing's changed since my weigh in on Monday... Better luck next week I guess :)
WOW! 8 POUNDS! That's amazing. As you know, I was out of commission for a while with my back which is why I didn't sign up for the challenge last week. I'm back at the gym this week although I'm not at full capacity yet. Last Friday I weighed in at 215.2 (which was the >5 lb. fluke loss from the prior week). Today I weighed in at 218.5 which is a 3.3 gain. UGGH! I'm determined to show a loss by next Friday. Hoep you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteEight pounds is AWESOME!! My GAIN of 1.8 is not. My regular weigh in day is Tuesday and I know that I bounce all over the place the rest of the week. :( 194.8 was today's number. Hopefully next week will be much better! :)

Holy cow!!! That is an incredible loss!!! Way to go, Tammy! I weighed in at an even 149 this morning for a loss of 2.6 pounds from last week (honestly, I'm just glad I finally worked off that second Easter dinner!). We're on our way - I'm loving the challenge!

ReplyDeleteOk - 163.4. No change from last week and UP 0.8 from Wednesday! I'm hoping my period and sickness have affected this and that next week I will lose an amazing number!!!
